河北省发展生态旅游的思考

河北省生态旅游资源丰富,开发也具一定规模,然而在发展生态旅游的过程中存在着理论落后于实践、民航瓶颈作用突出、资源盲目开发利用等一系列问题。为此,政府、生态旅游协会、社区、公众等各方需共同参与,抓住奥运契机,实现河北省生态旅游的可持续发展。     

借鉴西方国家经验治理我国失业问题

针对资本主义不同发展时期出现的失业现象，西方经济学各流派提出了相应的治理理论，并付诸实践。我们应借鉴西方经济学的失业治理理论和西方国家的治理经验，制定出适合我国国情的就业政策。     

CLOSED-FORM SOLUTIONS FOR OPTIMAL PORTFOLIO SELECTION WITH STOCHASTIC INTEREST RATE AND INVESTMENT CONSTRAINTS

We examine the portfolio choice problem of an investor with constant relative risk aversion in a financial market with partially hedgeable interest rate risk. The individual shadow price of the portfolio constraint is characterized as the solution of a new backward equation involving Malliavin derivatives. A generalization of this equation is studied and solved in explicit form. This result, applied to our financial model, yields closed-form solutions for the shadow price and the optimal portfolio. The effects of parameters such as risk aversion, interest rate volatility, investment horizon, and tightness of the constraint are examined. Applications of our method to a monetary economy with inflation risk and to an international setting with currency risk are also provided.     

河北省中小企业发展对策研究

近几年河北省中小企业经济发展迅速,已成为推动其经济增长的主要力量。但是,不可否认的是河北省中小企业在持续发展中仍存在着较多的障碍及其制约因素。因此,应从优化产业布局、调整产业结构、加强社会化服务体系、严格企业管理制度以及加强中小企业人才队伍建设等方面提出相应对策,以期推动河北省中小企业更加健康地发展。     

我国服务贸易发展中的问题、成因和对策研究

改革开放以来,我国对外服务贸易取得了快速增长。但由于服务贸易发展的基础不牢、服务产业结构不合理等原因,致使我国的服务贸易发展存在总体发展规模相对滞后、贸易商品集中于传统领域等问题。促进我国服务贸易又好又快发展,需要社会各界,特别是有关政府部门、相关企业及行业协会等各类主体相互配合、共同努力。     

Existence of Lévy term structure models

Lévy driven term structure models have become an important subject in the mathematical finance literature. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the Lévy driven Heath–Jarrow–Morton type term structure equation. This includes a full proof of existence and uniqueness in particular, which seems to have been lacking in the finance literature so far.      

Equal sacrifice and fair burden-sharing in a public goods economy

Applying a willingness-to-pay approach known from contingent valuation in environmental economics, we develop an ordinally based measure for the size of individual sacrifice that is connected with an agent’s contribution to a public good. We construct a selection mechanism that picks the unique efficient solution among all allocations that have an equal sacrifice as defined in this way. We show that the solution thus obtained corresponds to Moulin’s egalitarian equivalent allocation, conforms to both the ability-to-pay and the benefit principles, and has much in common with the Lindahl equilibrium.      

浅析会计信息披露问题

文章对当前会计信息披露中存在的问题进行分析,提出只有加强内部会计管理,强化社会会计监督,完善会计法律法规建设,才能提高会计信息披露质量。     

Binary effectivity rules

A social choice rule (SCR) is a collection of social choice correspondences, one for each agenda. An effectivity rule is a collection of effectivity functions, one for each agenda. We prove that every monotonic and superadditive effectivity rule is the effectivity rule of some SCR. A SCR is binary if it is rationalized by an acyclic binary relation. The foregoing result motivates our definition of a binary effectivity rule as the effectivity rule of some binary SCR. A binary SCR is regular if it satisfies unanimity, monotonicity, and independence of infeasible alternatives. A binary effectivity rule is regular if it is the effectivity rule of some regular binary SCR. We characterize completely the family of regular binary effectivity rules. Quite surprisingly, intrinsically defined von Neumann–Morgenstern solutions play an important role in this characterization.     

北京市中水回用问题浅析

北京市是一个严重缺水的城市,水资源短缺已成为制约北京市社会经济发展的主要因素。北京市已敲响了水危机的警钟,为了缓解缺水现状,中水回用被提上日程。本文从北京市资源短缺、经济发展和环境改善三个方面论述了北京中水回用的必要性,并对中水回用过程中存在的问题进行分析,指出了北京市政府必须解决的中水回用中存在的问题,并提出了多种解决方案。
